Meet our president, Estephanie

Hola! I am Estephanie and my journey in the Boating Industry began at the age of 18 with MarineMax where I worked for 16 years. During my career, I assumed many roles within 4 different MarineMax locations which include, Receptionist, F&I Admin Assistant, Personal Assistant to Top Yacht Sales Professionals of the company. In this timeframe, I became a top producing Business Manager and helped turn one of the worst performing stores to now one of the top producing in the nation. In my career, I've had the honor of working and learning from the CEO of Viage Group, and C level executives of One Water. I was also proud to have worked for a privately owned company, The Boat House Group. After realizing the value I could add to their F&I Dept., I was appointed Director of Finance.

How was EH2o established?

While wrapping up my Master’s Program, as a side project, I began offering consulting and training. This act came solely out of my passion for helping others. A few of my customers include Nautical Ventures, SaraBay Marina, Kinston Yachts, Royal Marine, and Rockingham Marine to name a few. It was when I realized my calling and niche was showing Business Managers how to crush it!

It was easy to conclude that a part of the reason I had many successful closings was because of my approach with customers. People want to be treated like human beings and not as just another number, transaction, or sale. I know what it means to be thrown to the wolves and having to figure things out on your own. I’ve learned through many mistakes and success stories. In an office where you have to cross the T's and dot the I's, not being compliant or professional can become costly. The process of learning F&I can be very frustrating and stressful. Being a Business Manager and the head of a Finance Department, I have been able to identify that proper marine F&I training is a need in our industry.

There are many industry leaders who offer assistance in one area, while others are experts in the other. Within the marine segment, I have noticed the industry falling short by not offering complete proper F&I training on how to properly manage the entirety of the Business Office. Being an F&I or Business Manager in the boating industry can be very fun and rewarding. Based on my experience, I want to help pave the way for those that need guidance, want to improve their F&I skills, or collaborate in any way.

Are you a new Business Manager or a vet of the industry that wants to stay in tune with F&I best practices? If so, that is what I am here for. Whatever your F&I needs are, I have something to offer and can help determine what F&I implementations are best for your organization.
