Hola! I'm Estephanie & my journey in the boating industry began at the age of 18 at MarineMax where I worked for 16 years. During my career, I assumed many roles within 4 different MarineMax locations which include, including receptionist, F&I Admin Assistant, Personal Assistant to a Top Yacht Sales Professional of the Company, Became a Top Producing Business Manager & helped turned one of the worse performing stores to now one of the top producing in the nation. I've also had to honor of working and learning for the now CEO of Viage Group, and C-level executives of One Water just to name a few.

I was also proud to work for a privately owned company, The Boat House and after realizing the value I could add to their F&I Dept., I was appointed Director of Finance.

Before joining TBHG, as a side project, I began offering consulting and training. A few of my customers include Nautical Ventures where in their first 4 months of training, I increased their revenue by $400k and Sara Bay who I recently helped bring F&I In-House. This is when I realized my calling and nitch was showing Business Managers how to crush it!
